A 20 something from the greatest city on earth (if you don't know by now, i'm talking 'bout chi town)
I travel, make lists, watch things, do things, debate things, and enjoy looking at pretty things all while dating excessively.
currently on the search for my next great adventure....

fitting in a quick barre class which made me feel slightly less guilty about skipping my workouts on saturday & sunday [though one was accidental]
braving the not so optimal conditions to check out the art institute after dark with my cousin & tracy. it was cool getting to see my favorite museum in a different light but my favorite part was the people watching [I kept taking mental notes as I saw all the cute outfits passing by]
deciding to take a break from dating [after my blind date tomorrow that is] and just take time for myself. I feel like I need to not push stuff to the side for the sake of people who tend to flow in and out of my life easily and instead make myself & my fitness a priority. besides, dating was starting to get rather tedious since I haven’t met anyone I really liked since October.
babysitting and making some much needed money since all the money I made babysitting last week went to paying for doctor’s appointments
brunch with my parents
finishing my book. I liked it but it was rather cumbersome to carry around [almost 500 pages & a hardback to boot!] so I am happy to put it down
trying out new recipes which is always my favorite part of my weekend routine of cooking every sunday
watching my football dreams come true as the giants and the patriots both won
finally cleaning my room which was such a relief since it had been on my to-do list for weeks
between the grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning and laundry I’d say this was a rather quiet, domestic weekend. my favorite kind.
